SERVICE

At Arkley 4x4, we endeavour to give the customer the highest standards of service and after sales care. Our service team predominantly covers Land Rovers and 4x4s, but we can (and do) service all makes and models.

Fancy something different? We have extensive knowledge restoring, rebuilding and modifying 4x4s. TUNING

Arkley 4x4 have vast experience enhancing the performance of Land Rover vehicles. Tuning starts from just £295 plus vat, and we offer a wide range of additional packages which include bigger intercoolers, hybrid turbos, performance brake upgrades, suspension, exhaust systems and induction enhancements. Working closely with Alive Tuning, we are also able to offer ECU tuning to other makes and models. Please enquire for details..

RUST PROOFING

Land Rovers, 4X4s, vans, pickups and most classic cars can all be treated. We are happy to inspect, clean, repair, treat and apply rust prevention treatments to any vehicle that might be susceptible to corrosion.

Our rustproofing program starts with a thorough jet wash and steam clean. We then inspect the chassis thoroughly to make sure that it is structurally sound. Should any welding be required, this can be taken care of in house. Once this is complete, the chassis is left to dry. We then cover any areas under the vehicle and around the lower sections of the body with protective sheeting. A choice of rustproofing products can then be applied. Once complete, we recommend that the rustproofing should be reapplied every 3-5 years.

AUDIO

Most Defenders will have had a relatively simple Radio / CD player fitted from the factory and sound is often poor as the speakers are of low quality. Soundproofing, upgraded speakers and a modern head unit will transform the sound inside the cabin. Touch screen SAT NAV, IPOD connectivity, reverse cameras, parking sensors, CB radios and Bluetooth systems can all be installed, should you require.

RESTORATIONS AND REBUILDS

They say no two Land Rovers are the same! This is why we offer a unique, no fee, rebuild consultation. Make an appointment, bring your Land Rover to us and we shall inspect it together. Once we have inspected your vehicle and understood your requirments, a refurbishment program can be designed and an estimate prepared. Larger builds may well be carried out over a period of time, and we are happy to document the build with pictures and video.

OTHER SERVICES

Arkley 4X4 use JLR's TopiX system which enable us to update your vehicles service record on line, should it be registered after 2013. We also use JLR's Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) system, which allows access to parts catalogues and diagrams for every vehicle.
